WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The product may take 5-7 days to be received. Orders are shipped Mon-Thurs. During high temperature months products will be shipped Mon-Wed, so it won't sit over the weekendPlease make sure you enter the correct address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. US shipping only.

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT SETS?

We will create custom gift sets. Email us with your information at flavorflamescandles@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a return and exchange. Due to the nature of the products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. We will offer an even exchange of product(s): however, the customer will have to pay shipping and handling. If the products are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 72 hours. Take a picture of the damage and email it flavorflamescandles@gmail.com. Flavor Flames Candles is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if you suspect any issues with your package.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

We delivery locally in the Memphis, TN area only. All other states will be shipped at a flat rate of $10. All orders over $70 will be shipped for free.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

 We accept debit/credit cards payments online. Cash payments are accepted locally only. We cannot accept offline payments outside the local Memphis, TN area.
